A straight replacement can be a different job from moving a boiler or changing the type of heating system. Photos of the existing appliance and its surroundings are useful for an initial discussion, but an installation quotation may require a visit to assess the work properly.

Repair or replace: have the discussion first
If your current boiler has developed a fault, a replacement is not the only possible starting point. We can discuss diagnosis and repair alongside a new installation where appropriate. The decision should be based on the appliance, the work required and your plans for the home.
A boiler’s manufacturer guarantee depends on its own terms, registration requirements and maintenance conditions. Ask about the documents supplied at handover and keep them with your servicing records. We do not advertise a single guarantee period for every installation because the appliance and terms differ.
